I noticed a post from several weeks ago asking about this very same problem I'm having, but there were no responses to it. My ERIS displays an error message whenever I receive a text message with a photo attached. There is a "DOWNLOAD" button within the text message that can be pressed in order to make another attempt at downloading, but as soon as it's pressed, I get the same error message: "Can't download at this time."

Verizon's only suggestion was to wipe the entire phone to default settings. I did that and it fixed the issue. Now it's doing it again and I really don't want to have to keep erasing my entire phone every couple of weeks. Anyone else having this same problem or have any suggestions?

When I go to various websites, like msn.com, and try to view a video clip I get a message "no video format for your phone".  Why would that be?  Is there an App that I need to download to view videos from websites?  Thanks

I have a few of my most frequently called contacts in a widget supplied by HTC on one of my home pages. I need to change the contact number for one of these people from home to mobile. I cannot figure out how to do this.  I have deleted the widget. But when I add the widget again it pops up with the same info that was there before.

I have tried all the usual suspects (menu, etc) but haven't found a way to do it.

Does anyone else have trouble playing youtube videos? It seems that only half the time they will play. The other times a pop up saying cannot play video. I figure this should not be a problem as i am trying to watch them throug an app that came installed on the phone. Could on of my other apps be affecting it?
